Automatic certification after course completion
You can automatically award certificates in two ways based on the following conditions:
- Upon successful completion of a course
- Upon the passing of a quiz
We can assist you with the design of a custom branded certificate template and you can even award differently designed certificates per course. Awarded certificates will be available in the
learner’s dashboard and can be downloaded as a PDF. Certificates can also be emailed to the
learner, their group leaders and copies stored on the server.
Annual Compliance Training - courses tracked with expiry dates and renewal alerts
- Reset course progress of users in a group at scheduled intervals after enrollment date, completion date or a custom date
- Scheduled Reset Logs to Admin with filtering options for group and date range
- Historical Course Completion Logs to Admin with filtering options to track users course completion time.
- Flexibility to send email before certificate expiration.
- Send Outstanding course completion notice on a schedule such as weekly /monthly /quarterly.
- Send Weekly/Monthly Scheduled Reports to Group Leaders

Course labels can be modified to inform learners of compulsory or non-compulsory courses to be taken as well as categorised into these two categories and filters used to search for either.
